Back from California and straight to Queen Charlotte’s and Chelsea Hospital, for confirmation of the life-changing news I've been bursting to mention for weeks.
My first bloglet is 13 weeks old and Aileen and I are over the moon. She's due on November 6th.
We still don't know the sex but if you look closely at the scan, squint hard and then look at this photo I think you can just about tell.
Life's about to get very weird.

I can tell this one is still in utero - you actually used the phrase 'first bloglet.' Congratulations to you and Aileen. Life is going to get much more than weird - it's going to get chaotically, sleeplessly, noisily, smellily (new word, apply for copyright info) fantastic.
Congratulations mate, why do I sense that your child's first word will be "mmm...mmm...modem"? :)
Congratulations to the both of you.
Congrats to both of you. I hope she goes over her due date by a few days. November 11 would be a nice b-day. I should know since it's been mine for a number of years.
Official congrats to you both now you've told mum & dad. Has been difficult since they arrived!!! Mum's not talking to me now!!! We thought it looked like a boy, cos it was "Hung like a Hughes" but time will tell.
Good luck
Steve
Congratulations! Best wishes for what lies ahead...
Congrats!
enjoy your last nights of long and sound sleep :)
Congratulations, fatherhood is amazing, so speaks one from the knowledge of having a baby for a fortnight, pictures of Oscar on flickr.
Hey Stu--
It looks like the little bloglet has two legs--are you sure it's yours?
All the happiest, Old Gimp.
