The BBC pledged to make rolling news channel News 24 more distinctive and innovative following the publication of the Lambert Report in December 2002.

To this end, News 24 has been blazing a trail and setting new records such as....er....being the most unwatched channel in the BBC's digital portfolio.

Another first for News 24.
